This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and process any personal data that we collect from you—or you provide to us—in connection with your use of our mobile app you provide to us—in connection with your use of our mobile app PlayQuest (“app” or “service”).

1. Information Collected About Users

The types of personal information we obtain and process about you depends on how you interact with us and our service. This section provides the categories of information we may collect about you:

Device information, including advertising IDs (Apple IDFA or Google AAID); device IDs; the type, version, brand, operating system, and language of your device;
Geolocation information, including IP addresses, the country you live.
Contact information, such as your email address.
Other information, including the time you use installed applications, list of installed applications from your device.

2. How We Use Your Information

This section explains how we use your information:

To provide our service. Where you are a user of the app, we will use information collected as is necessary to fulfill our contract with you for the purposes of providing, maintaining, or improving our app and services.
To issue Virtual Items. We need your app installation time and app installation list to verify whether you have completed the set tasks. When you reach the reward threshold we set, we will use your personal information to issue you virtual items.
To conduct analytics and personalization. We use your information to conduct research and analytics, including to improve our service, to understand your interaction with our advertisements, Services, and our communications with you, to personalize your experience, to better understand your needs, and to provide personalized recommendations for our service.
To perform legal obligations. We may request some of information indicated above to comply with applicable laws and in furtherance of our legal obligations and legitimate interest.

3. Sharing Information With Third Parties

The following details the types of third parties whom we share information with in connection with your use of the app:

Service providers. In order for us to provide you with our service, we work with third parties who perform services on our behalf and with whom we share personal data to support our services.
Affiliates. We may share your personal information with our affiliates (companies within our corporate family), in our legitimate interests for business purposes.
Legal advisors, legal Process, and protection. Insofar as reasonably necessary, we may be required to share information with third parties to (1) comply with legal requirements or requests, including any subpoenas, claims, disputes or litigation, (2) protect our, or a third party’s, lawful interests, (3) enforce or apply our agreements; and (4) protect property or safety of us or others.

We will only share personal information to service providers that have undertaken to comply with obligations set out in applicable data protection laws.

We may retain your personal information for as long as any of the abovementioned legal bases for personal information processing still exists and as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligation to retain information relating to provision of service.

Right to data Portability. You have the right to transfer your personal information, when possible.

Right to withdraw your consent. Please note that the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

The app is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us by using the information in the “How to Contact Us” section, below, and we will take steps to delete such personal information from our systems.

8. Links to Third-Party SDKs

Our app may contain links to other SDKs. Please note that the SDKs may operate independently from us and have their own privacy policy notices, which we strongly suggest you review.
